You may notice that some users are able to copy web page excerpts and images into the chats.


To be able to use images and html fragments in the chats, walls and messages, you must:

  • Have this feature enabled by a system operator to perform the task.  This feature is operator-enabled only because the feature can be very disruptive in the wrong hands. To get enabled go to Assistance and ask a system operator to enable HTML for your username.
  • Inside a web page, you may select  Copy Image  over the image you intend to post. Do not copy the link, but the image directly.  Or you may copy some part of the page also.
  • In the chat input line,  you can then just press CTRL-V or use the context menu and select Paste
