Assigning a list to a room, user or group
To assign a list to a specific room:
- Inside the room, press CTRL-D to add the room to favorites
- Press CTRL-D again to Edit your room in favorites
- Select the list you want in the "List to use in the Room" combo
To assign a list to a user:
- Select the user in the Contacts sidebar (F7)
- Right click and select Properties in the menu
- Select the list you want in the "List to Send" drop-down menu.
To assign a list to a users group:
- Select the group in the Contacts sidebar (F7)
- Right click and select Properties in the menu
- Select the list you want in the "List to Send" drop-down menu.
If you assign a list to a user or group, they will get it when they request your list from Contacts, but if they are in a room with you, and request the list from there, they will get the list you have assigned to that room or the default list.
