Apart from all the groups you create, the Contacts sidebar has several special groups that are created automatically and used by the  program:

  • Online:  will show all followed contacts that are currently online
  • Offline:  will hold all the followed contacts that are currently offline
  • Alert:   will hold all those followed contact that you want to be notified when they come online
  • Other:  will have all the contacts that do NOT belong to any user-defined group
  • Ignored:  all the ignored users will be here
  • Banned:  all users that have no access to your files will be in this list
